OLD BEAR
CLAW GRILLING SPICE
Sharp, bold, peppery would describe our
bear claw grilling spice. Use on all cuts of steak, chops, kebabs, lamb
racks, wild game, and veal chops to mention a few.
INGREDIENTS: Black peppercorns, garlic, caramel, paprika, dill seed, dill
weed, dehydrated beet, red chili flake, coriander, Timmi's char seasoning,
kosher salt, beef extractives.

TIMMI'S
CLASSIC FLANK STEAK RUB
My first blend ever which inspired more to
follow. Originally rubbed onto flank steaks and charcoal-grilled to medium
rare, then finished with a little drizzle of melted butter. A rich,
vibrant blend you'll want grill side. Also for top sirloin, strip steak,
T-bones, porterhouses, pork or veal chops.
INGREDIENTS: Black pepper, dry
mustard, coriander, kosher salt, sugar, garlic, crushed red chili flakes and our
own special pit spice blend.

CAMPMEAT SEASONING
A special blend mixed up for wood camp
cooking, which has hundreds of uses. Pork chops, pork steaks, spareribs,
back ribs, pork tenderloin, chicken, flank steak, beef kebabs, burger, polish
sausage, ham steaks, bratwurst, or jumbo hot dogs.
INGREDIENTS: Sugar, cloves, char
seasoning, hickory flavor, paprika, black, white, and cayenne pepper, garlic,lemon, onion, cumin, caramel flavor, celery seed, salt and other spices.

TIMMI'S
SMOKEHOUSE RUB
Rub on brats, polish, hot dogs, burgers,
ribs, ham steaks, beef steaks, chops for a classic, smoky, hickory flavor.
INGREDIENTS: Onion, black pepper,
sugar, salt, caramel, natural hickory flavor, paprika, beet, cloves, and other
spices.

BEADLE
PARK CHOP AND CHICKEN RUB
A seasoning dedicated to the memories of
large cement block BBQ pits used in Cresco, Iowa to fill the town with the
wonderful aroma of slow, pit-grilled chicken halves. You can use this
seasoning for any of your grilling and BBQ needs.
INGREDIENTS: Papaya extractives,
garlic, paprika, salt, dextrose, onion, lemon, black pepper, thyme, dehydrated
Worcestershire, bell pepper, carrot, spinach, parsley.

MESQUITE PRAIRIE SEASONING
Whether you bake, broil, open pit or char
grill, our mesquite prairie will be a delicious and hearty flavor rub for
salmon, swordfish, pork loin back or spareribs, beef, burgers or fantastic
choice for any wild game.
INGREDIENTS: Natural mesquite
flavoring, onion, salt, dextrose, cane sugar, black pepper, dehydrated tomato,
other spices.

HICKORY
WOODS STEAK CHAR

This is our exclusive beef steak rub for
all cuts of steak but equally suited for pork, veal or lamb chops. But
don't feel left out if you're a vegetarian. Skewer up zucchini, eggplant,
onion, red and green bell pepper and mushrooms. Brush lightly with corn
oil and season liberally with Hickory Woods. Let marinate one hour, then
charcoal grill. EXCELLENT! Now slide it into a fresh pita bread or
flour tortilla and you've got it!!
INGREDIENTS: Natural char and
hickory flavor, onion, black pepper, salt, sugar, cumin, garlic, Worcestershire,
vegetable shortening, dehydrated vinegar, lemon, caramel, paprika, mustard, and
other spices.
