 MEDITERRANEAN, EUROPEAN,

AND MIDDLE EASTERN

 

TIMMI'S PASTA AND POTATO BOIL

This lively seasoning blend is super simple to use.  For each quart of water used, add one heaping tablespoon of seasoning.  Bring to a boil; use for flavor-building boiling of pasta, potatoes, rice and any other boiling procedure.

INGREDIENTS:  Thyme, basil, oregano, marjoram, savory, parsley, bell pepper, onion, garlic, lemon, black pepper and salt.

      CAFE FRANCAISE SEASONING      

This richly flavored blend combines herbs and high quality dehydrated vegetables without salt and is excellent on fish, shellfish, poultry or veal.  Make extremely flavorful marinades, dips and salad dressings, as well as our tarragon grilled fish butter.

INGREDIENTS:  Sweet French tarragon, parsley, Worcestershire, lemon, onion, garlic tomato, carrot, spinach, thyme, black pepper, celery seed.   NO SALT

   TIMMI'S SAPORITO SEASONING  

Timmi's Saporito seasoning's vibrant, zesty and fragrant qualities will liven your bruschetta, pasta, roast potatoes, pork cutlets, marinara sauces, pizza, vegetables.  Our Saporito is special and our only blend we ask you to refrigerate upon receiving to extend its marvelous aroma!

INGREDIENTS:  Basil, oregano, rosemary, marjoram, garlic, red pepper, black pepper, parmesan and romano cheeses, onion, salt, orange zest, other herbs and spices.

    4 oz.                      8 oz.

                                      

          LA FAMIGLIA PORKETTA         

AND ITALIAN SAUSAGE SEASONING

Fresh Italian sausage with the snap of a finger.  Add one heaping tablespoon per pound of ground pork and mix well.  Chill and let flavor develop at least 4 hours.  Excellent marinade for pork butt roast or pork loin.

INGREDIENTS:  Garlic, lemon, red chili, black pepper, fennel, anise, sugar, dextrose, salt, paprika, other herbs.

VALLEY OF TITANS GREEK SEASONING

A rich, very fragrant blend which will assuredly bring new life to simple cooking of poultry, lamb, beef and vegetables.  A sweet combination of bay laurel, oregano and mint with hints of garlic, lemon, dill and onion.

INGREDIENTS:  Garlic, onion, oregano, lemon, black pepper, mint, parsley, dill, bay laurel, salt and other spices.

       ARABIC BAHARAT        

Spice trade influences of China, India and Persia bring to you this exotic blend you will not find in most stores.  We fresh grind black peppercorns, coriander, cloves, garlic, cumin, cardamom, nutmeg and mix with paprika and salt.

INGREDIENTS:  Black peppercorns, cinnamon bark, cloves, garlic, cumin, cardamom, coriander, nutmeg, paprika and salt.

     4 oz.                      8 oz.

                                      

 

        FEAST OF LEBANON SEASONING

This special blend would definitely be for lamb lovers.  Lamb loin chops, lamb rib chops, braised lamb shanks, lamb stew meat, roast leg of lamb, and ground lamb dishes or lamb kebabs and rack of lamb.  Equally useful in vegetarian cooking.  Also in such dishes as vegetable strudel, Lebanese spinach pie, spinach ravioli, grilled vegetable kebabs, excellent yogurt dip or delicious red wine vinaigrette dressing.

INGREDIENTS:  Thyme, sesame seed, dextrose, cinnamon, mint, crushed red chili, cumin, oregano, tumeric, salt and other herbs and spices.
